At The Mama Wellness Foundation, we believe that community support is essential in helping mothers thrive. Whether you’re passionate about maternal mental health, postpartum care, or supporting mothers in need, there are many ways to get involved and make an impact.

Ways to Volunteer:

  • Assist with outreach to connect more moms to our free & low-cost therapy program.

  • Share resources and mental health support through community engagement.

  • If you’re a licensed therapist or counselor, volunteer to provide therapy sessions or mental health workshops.

Event and Community Support

Support Our Therapy for Mothers Program

  • Assist with setup, registration, and logistics for our Hot Mama Walk, Mommy Unwind, and other wellness events.

  • Help organize diaper drives and postpartum care kit distributions.

  • Support on-site at wellness retreats and educational workshops for mothers.

Social Media & Awareness Advocacy

  • Share The Mama Wellness Foundation’s mission and resources on social media.

  • Assist in content creation, outreach, and engagement to reach more moms.

  • Join our #TalesofPPD campaign by helping amplify stories of postpartum experiences to reduce stigma.
