Celebrating Motherhood Through Connection & Empowerment

Inspiring Events that
Connect  Mothers.

At The Mama Wellness Foundation, we believe in the power of connection and self-care. Our events are designed to uplift, empower, and create a sense of community for mothers. From our Fempreneur Dinner 1.0 and 2.0 series, which celebrate entrepreneurial moms, to The Beauty of Black Mamahood event that honors the strength and beauty of Black motherhood, each gathering is a chance to connect and recharge. Our Galentine Mixology event brought women together for fun, support, and connection over creative cocktails. These past events have been impactful, fostering support, wellness, and sisterhood for mothers across our community. Stay tuned for more upcoming events where you can connect, grow, and thrive with us.

Movement &

Motherhood.

The Motherhood & Movement program is a monthly wellness series designed to support Black mothers' mental and physical well-being through guided movement activities. Held every fourth Saturday, this program offers a variety of movement options, including yoga, Pilates, and mindful walking, to help mothers reduce stress, increase energy, and improve overall health. The sessions provide a welcoming, community-focused environment where mothers can prioritize self-care, connect with others, and build supportive relationships. Join us each month to experience the benefits of movement and connect with a community of empowered mothers.
